COLMCILLE MEMORIAL ACADEMY

ABOUT

Located in Ntamante, Nigeria, Colmcille Memorial Academy was founded in 2016 by Reverend Fr. Cyril Bayim. It's mission is to provide low-cost, high-quality education to families experiencing poverty. The academy currently serves 500 children from Kindergarten through Junior High and are currenctly undergoing an expansion, in order to also provide education at the high school level. 

CURRICULUM

CMA's curriculum consists of English, Math, Sciences, Arts, Music, Christian Religious Education, Agriculture and Physical Education.

TUITION

Tuition at Colmcille Memorial Academy is offered at just $100/year per student, in order to make quality education available to every family. 

FACULTY and STAFF

Students at CMA are taught by32 faculty members with degrees in education. They also employ one bus driver to transport students who have difficulty getting to school and one nanny for infants and toddlers in their daycare program. 

 

THE SUPPORT WE PROVIDE

Donations made to the Okaja Foundation are also distributed to Colmcille Memorial Academy, in order to aid their mission of providing low-cost, high-quality education to students in need. Specifically, we have provided:

  • Scholarships and Financial Aid

  • Salaries for Faculty

  • Funds for the Construction of the High School Building

  • Miscelleneous Aid as Needed
